Do more than celebrate our heritage this Heritage Day, live it at Heritage Park!

The past comes to life on the streets, and in the shops and homes of Heritage Park’s Historical Village. Feel the power of a thundering steam train beneath you as you tour the Park on a 100 year old passenger car, share stories with the pioneers hard at work in the village and enjoy the tastes of the early 20th century with a fresh-from- the-oven cheese bun or butter tart from the Alberta Bakery.

Enjoy live entertainment and family games throughout the day!

Heritage Day Afternoon Tea

Enjoy a stylish and historic experience at Heritage Park.

Linger over traditional Afternoon Tea in the upstairs Tea Room of the Wainwright Hotel. Sip tea out of fine bone china, nibble on dainty finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and an assortment of pastries from our own Alberta Bakery and enjoy silver tea service.

A relaxing and unique experience to share with those who are nearest and dearest. Afternoon Tea is served at noon and 2 p.m.
