Welcome to Heritage Park’s online fundraising auction. As part of Heritage Park’s incredible milestone of 60 years in the community, the Park commissioned a painting by the amazingly talented Mandy Stobo (@badportraits).
Place your bid online for this one-of-a-kind 60th anniversary piece that celebrates your favourites at Heritage Park. This online auction runs through the end of our anniversary year, until Dec. 22, 2024.
The Gems of the Park painting holds deep significance for Mandy Stobo, a long-time Heritage Park member with cherished memories of family visits. Mandy undertook this project with her signature passion and and truly knocked it out of the Park. The painting beautifully captures some of the “gems” of the Park and celebrates 60 years of nostalgia, all with Mandy’s playful whimsy and heartfelt touch. And, here’s where it gets even cooler—the painting is an augmented reality experience! Scan the QR code, download the app and watch history jump off the canvas in a whole new way! You’ll see families strolling through the village and horses galloping across the streetscape. It’s magical!
