Historical Village: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Antique Midway: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and 6:30 – 10 p.m.

Celebration Field: 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

S.S. Moyie Departure Times:  10:35, 11:10 and 11:45 a.m., 12:20, 12:55, 1:30, 2:05, 2:40, 3:15, 3:50, 4:25, 5, 5:35, 6:10, 6:45 and 7:20 p.m.

Please Note: All cruises depart from and return to the S.S. Moyie dock, located behind Shepard Station.

Steam Train Departure Times: 10:30, 11 and 11:30 a.m., 12, 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30, 3, 3:30, 4 and 4:30 p.m.

Please Note: All Steam Train rides will depart from and return to Shepard Station.

Where to Redeem Your FREE Admission, S.S. Moyie Ticket(s) & Midway Ride Bracelets.

• FREE Admission: Scan your digital or printed free admission ticket at the main entrance.
• S.S. Moyie Ticket: Collect your S.S. Moyie ticket(s) with proof of purchase at the S.S. Moyie Ticket Booth, located behind Shepard Station
• Midway Ride Bracelets: Collect your ride bracelet(s) with proof of purchase at the Midway booth or at the Guest Services booth in Celebration Field.

S.S. Moyie & Midway Ride Bracelets are FREE for Annual Members and Heritage Club Members, with proof of membership, and while supplies last.

• S.S. Moyie Ticket(s): Redeem at the S.S. Moyie Ticket Booth while supplies last.
• Midway Ride Bracelets: Redeem at the Midway booth or at the Guest Services booth in Celebration Field, while supplies last.

• Getting to the Park: Alberta Day will be busy! We recommend using Calgary Transit, carpooling, or ridesharing. Free shuttle buses to the Park are available to and from Anderson Station from 9 am to 11 pm. Full Schedule HERE
• Exiting The Park: Expect traffic congestion upon exit of the event. Your patience is appreciated as we work to ensure smooth traffic flow. Our dedicated traffic management team will be on-site to guide you. Please follow their instructions for a smooth exit.

Paid Parking: is required at Heritage Park, and it will be very limited on Alberta Day.

• We highly recommend using Calgary Transit, carpooling, or ridesharing.
• If you choose to park at Heritage Park, the first 90 minutes are free, followed by $10 for up to 7 hours, with a maximum charge of $32.
• The Park Plus zone number is 8320.

Free Shuttle Buses to the Park

Free Shuttle Bus to Heritage Park All Day Long: Alberta Day will be busy, and parking is limited. Take a FREE shuttle from Anderson Station to the Park, running 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

• Expect Larger Crowds & Longer Lines on Alberta Day. Plan to arrive 60 minutes early to minimize delays.
• Live Updates: Follow our social media channels for real-time updates and special announcements.
• Come Prepared: Bring a low-rise festival chair, water bottle, picnic blanket, sunscreen, and money for concessions, Midway Bracelets, or Moyie Tickets. If you pre-purchased Midway Bracelets or Moyie Tickets, don’t forget your proof of purchase to redeem them on-site.
• Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides: Please note, horse-drawn wagon rides will not be available on Alberta Day.

Admission, S.S. Moyie, and Midway Ride Bracelets will be available for purchase on-site while supplies last at the locations below. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing your tickets to avoid disappointment.

• Midway Ride Bracelets: Purchase on-site at the Antique Midway or Guest Services in Celebration Field, while supplies last.

• Baby Ferris Wheel: Riders must be 36 inches to 48 inches tall
• Bowness Carousel: Riders under 42 inches tall must ride on the inside horses on the carousel. Adults must hold infants who go on the carousel.
• The Whip: Riders must be taller than 32 inches. Riders who are 32 – 48 inches tall must be accompanied by a rider taller than 48 inches.
• The Caterpillar: Riders must be taller than 32 inches. Riders who are 32 – 48 inches tall must be accompanied by a rider taller than 48 inches.
• The Dangler Swings: Riders must be 42 inches or taller.
• Big Eli Ferris Wheel: Riders must be at least 36 inches tall. Riders who are between 36 – 48 inches tall must be accompanied by someone taller than 48 inches.

Steam Train: Rides aboard the Steam Train are included with your admission. The train will operate from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. All train rides will depart from and return to Shepard Station. All guests will disembark from the Steam Train at Shepard Station at the end of each trip.

Canoo tickets do not include Midway Ride Bracelets or S.S. Moyie tickets. Canoo members must purchase these separately.
