Archaeological Society of Alberta – Calgary Centre
The ASA Calgary Centre was established in 1966 as one of Alberta’s first organizations dedicated to preserving and protecting the province’s archaeological heritage. It was incorporated in 1975 and has offered numerous speaker series, field trips, workshops, and community outreach programs over the years. These initiatives aim to engage our members and the general public in archaeological pursuits. We welcome anyone interested in archaeology, from seasoned professionals to enthusiastic newcomers, to join our community and actively contribute to our efforts to preserve and understand Alberta’s archaeological heritage. https://arkycalgary.com/ or https://arkyalberta.com/
