Calgarys’ Best Honey Bee Hive Tour

Discover the fascinating world of honey bees at Heritage Park’s Hive Tours! Don your beekeeping suit and venture into a live beehive in the Historical Village to explore the colours and textures of fresh honeycombs, uncover the captivating lives of honey bees and take home your own piece of honeycomb as a unique souvenir. Get your tickets today and come experience Calgary’s best hive tour!

When: July 16, 2024; Aug. 8 and 20, 2024

Time: 6 – 8 pm

Location:The tour takes place inside Millarville Ranchers’ Hall, and at the beehives, which are located next to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall.

Price: $34.95 per person

Important Additional Booking Information

  • Event Access and Parking: Guests will drive up to the security gates, located underneath the clock tower in the front plaza of the park. From there, guests will drive through the security gates and to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall. Guests will park in a lot beside Millarville Ranchers’ Hall. Please note any guests not coming in a vehicle must walk from security to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall.
  • Refund Policy: All tickets are final sale unless the event is cancelled by Heritage Park. In the event Heritage Park cancels a hive tour, guests will be given the option to reschedule or recieve a full refund.
  • Kids must be accompanied by adults: For ages 10 and up, minors must be accompanied by an adult. One adult for every two minors.
  • What to Wear: Dress in comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, long pants and wear a hat. Please bring a water bottle. Beekeeping suits will be provided.
