Iris Folding Workshop

Event Description

Discover the mesmerizing paper art of iris folding in this hands-on workshop with expert Adria Lund. Using exquisite Japanese chiyogami paper, you’ll craft a vibrant framed cardinal design—a striking piece to brighten your home or gift to a loved one.

Learn the history of this Dutch-born technique, where layered paper swirls form a stunning “iris” reminiscent of a camera lens. Celebrate the cardinal’s symbolism of optimism and vitality as you create your masterpiece.

No crafting experience? No problem! All skill levels are welcome. Leave with a beautiful keepsake and the joy of learning a timeless art form.
