Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Selkirk

Make this Thanksgiving one to remember with a festive feast at Heritage Park. Choose a three-course or four-course menu filled with the season’s best — from maple-glazed turkey with sage stuffing to hearty autumn sides and decadent desserts. With the vibrant fall colours of the Glenmore Reservoir just outside the window, The Selkirk is the perfect place to slow down, share stories and celebrate together.

  • Kitchen Garden Roasted Pumpkin Soup (GF, Veg)
    Candied pumpkin seeds, maple crème fraîche
  • Roasted Butternut Squash Salad (GF, Veg, DF without goat cheese)
    Frisée, radicchio, roasted butternut squash, pickled red onion, goat cheese crumble, cranberry vinaigrette

Main Course

  • Maple-Glazed Free-Range Turkey Dinner
    Rosemary-brined turkey breast, maple-glazed thigh roulade, apricot & sage stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes, roasted rainbow carrots, rich turkey gravy, house-made cranberry sauce
    (GF without stuffing, DF without mashed potato & stuffing)

Dessert (Choice of one)

  • Pecan Pie
    Cinnamon Chantilly cream, fresh seasonal berries, birch syrup drizzle
  • Vegan Brownie (GF/DF)
