Professor of Canadian military history and Jewish history since the French Revolution. Author of more than forty books on history and a professor in the University of Calgary’s Department of History, Dr. Bercuson will share the story of his family’s arrival in Calgary at the turn of the 20th century from Romania, the same region where the Montefiore Institute farmers originated.
