Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
• Leverage our product to tell stories
• Engage and connect with our guests on the sales floor
• Curate specific product collections for each guest you meet
• Seek information regarding new products, promotions and Park activities
• Take accountability to respond to customer feedback in a timely manner
• Assists with the setup and teardown of seasonal events/merchandise for various stores.

Education and Experience

Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required

Skills

• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of our retail operation
• An outgoing, enthusiastic and professional demeanor. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills would be an asset
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as being an effective member of the team

Special Clothing

This is a costumed position. Costume(s) are provided by Heritage Park and typically paired with the employee’s personal clothing items, accessories and footwear, all of which must adhere to Heritage Park’s Costume Policy.

Special Working Conditions

• This position involves standing for long periods of time. Some heavy lifting is also required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
