Request for Consent of Photographs and Videos

As an opportunity to promote Heritage Park activities, we request your permission to photograph and/or video you during your visit to Heritage Park.

Any photographs & videos taken become the property of Heritage Park and cannot be copied, reproduced, used for any other publication or in any other manner without the express written permission of Heritage Park.

Selected photographs and/or videos may be used or published for promotional purposes by Heritage Park.

I, consent that the photographs, artwork, audio, video, or writing submitted may be used by Heritage Park, in whatever way they desire, including television, web page, publications, and any other form, digital ads.

Furthermore, I hereby consent that such information, photographs, videos, shall be their property, and they shall have the right to sell, duplicate, reproduce and make other uses of such information, photographs, videos, recordings, as they may desire free and clear of any claim whatsoever on my part.
