The Award-Winning Mystery Game has taken over the Historical Village until Oct. 31

Calgary, Alta. — After the guests have gone home and the streets of the Historical Village go dark, something begins to stir at Heritage Park. Where Dark Things Dwell, the award-winning immersive escape experience from Secret City Adventures, has made its Calgary debut, inviting players to step into the story, break the curse and escape the dark things before time runs out.

Taking place on select evenings until October 31, Where Dark Things Dwell is anything but a traditional escape room. The experience unfolds across the Historical Village, pulling guests deep into a chilling story filled with live actors, mind-bending puzzles and secrets waiting to be uncovered. Working in teams, players must unravel the Village’s terrifying mysteries, break the
curse and escape the dark things before time runs out.

“Where Dark Things Dwell gives guests a completely new way to experience the Historical Village,” says Eirin Bernie, Marketing and Communications Manager at Heritage Park Historical Village. “It is part escape room, part live theatre and part supernatural adventure, all unfolding across one of Calgary’s most unique settings.
