Children’s Fest Market Vendor Application Form

Join us for our Children’s Fest Market! We’re seeking vendors under the age of 18 to be part of our market, which runs on June 15 and 16. We’re looking for a wide range of products, from candles to candy. Regardless of what you have to offer, our market is a perfect opportunity to get in front of 1,500 – 3,000 motivated guests who love shopping local! Our available spots fill up fast, so apply today!

Important Additional Information

• Upon submission of the form, our team will review your application and get in contact with you upon acceptance into the market.
• All applicants must be under 18 years of age to be accepted.
• The market runs on both June 15 and 16. All applicants must be able to commit to both days to be accepted.
• Vendors are required to have liability insurance naming Heritage Park Society and The City of Calgary as an additional insured on the policy. If you do not have coverage, we have a partnership with DUUO insurance for vendors without coverage, and will provide a link to you for this insurance upon your acceptance as a vendor in the market.
• Price: $100 plus GST. This rate is for an 8′ x 8′ space in the market. Heritage Park will take payment over the phone and will be in contact with you upon acceptance to the market.
• Tables: Tables will be provided for free if needed. If you would like a table, please indicate this when filling out the form.
• If you are accepted into the market as a vendor, there will be a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fees, which is due upon acceptance into the market to hold the spot. The 25% deposit will be put towards the total fees.
