Thanks for applying to be a vendor at Market Nights! We’ve received your application. We will review it and be in touch if you’ve been accepted into the market. Please see below for important information.

Times: 3 – 9 pm. Vendors must set up between 1 – 3 pm on the day of the market.

Important Additional Information

  • Vendors must set up between 1 – 3 pm on the day of the market.
  • Vendors are required to have liability insurance naming Heritage Park Society and The City of Calgary as an additional insured on the policy. If you do not have coverage, we have a partnership with DUUO insurance for vendors without coverage, and will provide a link to you for this insurance upon your acceptance as a vendor in the market.
  • If you are accepted into the market as a vendor, there will be a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fees, which is due upon acceptance into the market to hold the spot. The 25% deposit will be put towards the total fees.
